i’m a single woman with lots to offer if given a chance…i am nccer pipefitter certified .I also can operate any kind of forklift. I have worked in warehouse’s off and on for 25yr’s through out the plants.I have good creditial;s with my last employer EXXON/MOBILE,I worked thier from 2003 to 2008. I worked in the toolroom and off loaded pallet’s of material and i also am rigger certified ;I need a chance to prove to my new employer that i can do a good job and am dependable.I also know all tools and i am a quick learner.i am in great physical shape.PLEASE give me a chance. YOU WON’T REGRET IT .I made a mistake in my life ,but i am willimg to do whatever it takes to better it, if given a second try in my life.know matter what it is,i will be there everyday and give you my best.

Felons need to eat.Felons need to survive and thrive.Child support,etcetera.Hiring felons decreases the crimerate.Allthough crime is nolonger an option for me,I need employment and will prove to possess a high degree of workskills,motivation,punctuality,need and willingness ti go the extra mile.

I’m a single father that wants to get my life together…….I accept the fact that I have not done the best job raising my son and I have not been the best Man I can be …..but this last stay in jail really left me thinking.
I am a 34 year old Man…. ready to “Step-Up” and get my life together so I can make a better life for me and my son….1. I need a Job soooo bad right now!
If I can just get someone to take a chance on me…I will not let them or myself down…..just 1-person to take that chance I will be their best worker….there everyday rain or shine…………..How can I get just a CHANCE!

I have a felony for a white collar crime that I still have a hard time understanding why I had to plea to this charge even though in my mind, what I did want not illegal, and should not have been brought to the courts and litigated in the manner in which it was. That being said, I have 4 college degrees, and am trying to find employment. Unfortunately, the only job I can seem to find is selling cars. I was a police officer, a correctional officer, and a licensed psychologist. I would like to work and supporot myself and my family, just like everyone else, even though I have the Scarlet Letter of a Felony on my record. Can anyone help me?

My name is Marcus, I am 29 years of age, originally from Los Angeles, California however, I moved to Arizona about a year ago for the housing market. I am a convicted felon, my felony is four years old and during the four years I have been a productive citizen, I always have been, however I make a mistake, four years ago. As far as work goes, I was a Environmental Organizer for four years, answering phones, making copies, faxing, scheduling meetings, fundraisers, presentations at a varitey of high schools on awareness, basically your general office work, can tpye 45 words a mintues, computer knowledge, word, excel, powerpoint, etc.. Also I have 14 years of general labor, 4 years Janitor Maintence, cleaning, window installments, changing and replacing broken glass, lifting heavy objects, weight is of no concern, fixing and installing doors, landscaping, etc. Last but not least, 10 years Construction as a Iron Worker, working in high hights, knowledge of crane signals, forklift certified through union, rigging, hosting, loading and unloading of trucks, conncecting steel beams and columns, windows, working on swing stages, cleaning glass, installing drywall, managed 10 workers, all around construction worker, during this period I have worked on the weekends in the company’s warehouse if over- time wasnt available. I ran across your website and I am beyond thankful ! I am a convicted felon AND unemployed ( as of a month ago). Having 20+ yrs experience in my career field and now having a 3 yr old felony I’ve been looking for a job and keep running into felon, felony not old enough and drug related felony. Before my felony, they were calling ME. I have been reading your website and you have really lifted my spirits and re-motivated me. I already have added the rss feed to my home page. ;>
